Hiring Process - Engineering

We start with an initial 30-60 minute long call with a member of our management team to answer your questions about Figure Eight and for us to learn what your interest and expectations are for your next role. The next step may be one more call with another member of the team or to come in to our office for an onsite interview. It is usually possible to complete the team interview in just one or two visits. We try to ensure that this process moves along efficiently.
