π Our Mission:
Our mission today is to drive improved supply chain resilience across the world. But for Craft, thatβs just getting started. As we continue to build out our platform and its artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, we envision building an enterprise intelligence platform that stands as the source-of-truth on companies that changes the way businesses make data-driven decisions.
π Our Story:
It began with our co-founder Ilya, needing to gather vast amounts of company data and information in different roles as he worked across consulting, business development, and supply chain at T Mobile, Goldman Sachs, and Venrock. He was always in need of accurate, in-depth company data, but could never find what he needed.
He knew that success in this space was absolutely dependent on building a strong, automated data foundation - a foundation that could pull data from everywhere on the web, both structured and unstructured, and make it easily accessible and understandable by anyone.
So he and Artem, our co-founder, set out on creating the most accessible, easy-to-use intelligence platform.
As they began building it and preparing to take it to market, various supply chain challenges started taking hold in the world. Aerospace and Defense organizations, as well as the Department of Defense, both had initiatives to gain better visibility and better understand risk in their supply chain. Craft had the data foundation, automation, and tools in place, and quickly was able to replace a 2.5 year consulting project the Department of Defense was struggling with. Craft has accelerated and continues building out its supplier intelligence platform, and has since empowered companies with alerts, monitoring, an upcoming risk dashboard, etc.
