We're changing the way men shave - selling razors and men's toiletries on a flexible e-commerce subscription model so that men always have everything they need for a great shave.

In our first 18 months we have gone from the founder's kitchen table to a team of 9 on Trafalgar Square, raised £4m in funding and grown from 0 to 30,000 subscribers, making us UK #1 in the subscription shaving space! Rapid growth is fun and exhilarating, but our outsourced developers are now struggling to keep up with our ambitious plans, so we're at the stage when we need to start building an in-house development team.

We are looking to create the perfect user journey through our site to maximise conversion and minimise churn which means we have a constant backlog of new feature ideas and tests to see how we can improve the user experience. We also want to put in place the best possible marketing automation and reporting so we can make smarter decisions and grow faster. Eventually we want to in-house our warehouse operations (which will require creating an internal ERP system) and also launch internationally (which will require a significant re-structure). We also want to get our release and testing cycle down to days rather than weeks, and to put it all in context, we're currently growing 30% month-on-month, so everything needs to be scalable. You get the picture, there's a lot going on.

It's an exciting role: you would be our very first in-house developer, helping us tackle and navigate these big technology challenges, leaving your mark on everything you do, and taking important decisions on how we structure our platform to support explosive growth.
