    Who we are

We're designers, software developers, artists. We make tools to help scientists and their teams manage groundbreaking research programs. We use cutting edge technology and the latest development practices to create functional and beautiful products. We're obsessed with user experience. We manage our work, we don't let it manage us. We have time for family, friends, hobbies, learning and new things.

    Our story

Our team started out a couple of years ago with a mission to make it easier for scientists at Cornell, and collaborators from other institutions, to manage the administrative parts of their research programs; so that they can focus on scientific work; from advancing the use of nanotechnology to inventing tools to reveal the formation of galaxies.

In looking at the research administrative tools that existed in the market, it became clear that no one else was going to be able to ride in with a great product built with modern technology and user-centered design practices, to help our faculty. We were going to have to do it ourselves. Backed by a supportive executive team that has allowed us to work in an agile way, we received permanent funding to begin building a suite of products, beginning with our "PI Dashboard." Our first release was a success in late 2015 and now we're looking to expand as we continue work on the PI Dashboard and other products, including a new enterprise research administration system with our development partner, Novelution. We're searching for people to join our team who share our passion for creating amazing user experiences, and making a difference in a space that can greatly benefit from our expert attention.

    Interviewing with us

We start with a Skype call or two to learn more about each other and see if we might have a mutual fit. After that we'll work with you to set up an afternoon when you can come and meet the team and view us in our natural habitat. We'll pay for you to come and visit and even show you some cool things to do in the area. When it comes to the offer stage, you'll already know the comp & benefits and relocation package amount.
