HOW WE WORK
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our interview process starts with a 30-minute introductory call where you’ll chat with our in-house tech recruiter. On the call, we want to discuss what you’re passionate about, your preferred tech stack, and a what you're looking for in your next role. From there, we conduct a technical phone interview with your future manager - that call will last anywhere from 30 to 45 mins. Finally, you’ll be invited onsite for 4 hours where you’ll meet and code with five members of our engineering team. We want to see how you collaborate and communicate through technical questions.
