We're starting by building products that help companies take better care of their people. Our first product is a complete health insurance solution for companies and their employees.

Who We Are

Collective Health brings together experience from companies including NASA, Facebook, Blue Shield, and Google to solve the hardest problems that get in the way of today’s healthcare experience. Our approach in everything we do is collaborative, open, and curious. We’re looking for more passionate, driven people to join our growing team.

What We're Building

We've got a ton of interesting problems to solve around distributed systems, data analytics and predictions, system reliability, security, privacy, and more. We're looking for experienced SW engineers up and down the stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, devops, test, etc. We love code review, CI, and containers. We expect all of our engineers to not only constantly learn, but also constantly teach.
