CloudTags solves this by allowing physical store shoppers to create digital collections of everything they interact with via beacon-powered tablets, provided by the retailer. Sales associates can assist shoppers and if so, we track their customer assistance via individualized NFC tags on their badges that they tap on the customer’s tablet. The store and sales associate get attributed credit for sales that are later completed online, if the sale originated in-store. Ultimately CloudTags knows what physical store customers consider and how to re-engage them with content related to those products, via email. We call this method "in-store remarketing."
