What we're building

We are building the best way to instantly communicate using content in the workplace, from closing more tickets with your support software to closing more deals with customized demo videos. We’re 100% dedicated to saving our phenomenal users the most important currency of all - time, with a beautiful, simple experience that gets better everyday.

How we hire

We really value time at CloudApp - so our hiring process definitely reflects that, with a pretty uniform process for all roles. As a candidate you can expect:

• One quick 30 minute conversations with the hiring manager for your prospective team(s)
• One ~2 hour take-home exercise or coding challenge to showcase your latest skills
• One ~4 hour on-site to discuss your project and assess culture fit
• One 30 minute wrap-up call
• An offer!

Our onsite interview is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine. For Engineering candidates, our onsite interview includes 2 technical rounds, as well as "real-talk" conversations around what it is like to be an Engineer at CloudApp and how you would work with the team on a daily basis.
