At its core Chime is creating a modern mobile-first banking solution that addresses the deep dissatisfaction that people feel with their banks. We help people lead healthy financial lives, all from a slick mobile app with minimal fees. Our first products are a modern take on the traditional "Checking" and "Savings" accounts that you might otherwise get from one of the big banks. The entire Chime experience is on the mobile phone, and with no branches or tall skyscrapers to take care of, we can pass on the savings to our customers. Chime is headquartered in San Francisco with currently 30 employees, and we plan to significantly expand this year following a blockbuster 2016 (600%+ revenue growth).
Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Chime is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule an onsite visit to meet the team. We can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as our Cofounder/CTO.
