CareMessage's technology enables healthcare and social services agencies to better communicate and engage with their beneficiaries using mobile technology, improving overall health outcomes and dramatically reducing cost of care.

CareMessage was born out of deeply personal experiences. Our CEO, Vineet Singal, personally worked at a free medical clinic in Galveston, TX, during his undergraduate years at Stanford. He saw many patients who I saw suffer from amputations, blindness, renal and heart failure because of their diabetes or hypertension. Realizing that low-income adults are high users of mobile technology, Vineet decided to found an organization to design, build, and implement mobile health solutions for safety net communities that are at greater risk for chronic, preventable diseases, and partnered with Manuel Rivera and Cecilia Corral to build and launch our product in the fall of 2013.

Since 2013 healthcare providers across the United States have added over 1 million patients to the CareMessage platform and have demonstrated a variety of improvements in clinical outcomes, no shows, and preventive care screenings. The CareMessage web based platform enables healthcare organizations to use mobile technology to make underserved patients healthier.

To date, CareMessage has raised over $10 million from Google.org, William K. Bowes Jr. Foundation, Pershing Square Foundation, Y Combinator, Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, Echoing Green, and others in an effort to build technology to solve problems in healthcare.
