How we started -
Tristan and Jeffrey founded the company after being frustrated with the quality of software available to entry-level job seekers. We realized that there was a ton of information available to job seekers - social networks, hiring resources, job boards, sites like this - and that most job seekers struggled with properly executing the steps to an effective job search.
And we started getting momentum -
The first deal we ever signed was >$100K a year and a launched our product with 18 universities and colleges in Ontario. We then were able to use that momentum to raise our seed round from investors including MaRS IAF, Wesley Clover, and Hello Ventures. Fun fact, between 2 of our private investors, they have started 3 unicorns in Canada (Shopify, Mitel, Newbridge Networks).
And we grew up -
We have moved on from just selling to university and colleges - in fact, now most of our new revenue comes from sophisticated HR companies. We are growing internationally and expect to deploy our product with large HR companies in Europe and South America. For a relatively small team, this will not easy but we think it will be pretty fun.

We are now starting to expand both our team and the quality of our team members. We want to hire bright and motivated developers who are:
1) passionate about the problem we are working on
2) excited to help us build market leading solutions
3) willing to take on lots of responsibility with a small team
