Care Indeed

Who Are We:

Care Indeed is a non-medical in-home care agency that services the Bay Area. We are currently in process of finalizing approval for medial licensing and as such, will be branching into the medical-home care field in the near future. We currently service
between our offices in San Francisco, San Mateo, Menlo Park, with soon-to-be San Jose and an expansion to Washington State already in process. Dee Bustos and Vanessa Valiero (RN); our founder and co-founder started Care Indeed by simply knocking on doors in the community asking if individuals needed in-home care. Fast-Forward 7 years later and it has expanded into one of the most respected and well known in-home care agencies in the Bay Area.

Our Goal:

Currently, our goal is to further improve the customer experience through strengthening Business to business to consumer (B2B2C) delivery channels as well as to streamline the internal operations within the agency. As this industry continues to grow, customers and caregivers want constant and instant information and we at Care Indeed strive to be at the leading edge of innovative and technology to satisfy this demand.
