Since launching our business credit card and business loans in 2017 we have been taking off like a rocket! We are one of the fast growing companies in the UK (Sunday Time Fast Track 100 in 2017, 2018 and 2019) while still posting a profit to fund our future growth. 2020 looks to be just as exciting (and busy!) as we continue on our incredible trajectory.

We work in an agile methodology in small cross-functional teams which we feel saves time, increases efficiency and improves communication between everyone involved in the project.
We offer great progression within the team, offering routes into people management or tech leadership where you can really hone in on the architecture of the software. All of our team leads and tech leads have been promoted from within.
Capital on Tap provides small businesses in the UK instant credit decisions with immediate access to their entire credit facility. Our customers can use their credit facility to spend on their business credit card or transfer the funds to their high street bank account.
Last year was an exciting year as we launched in Spain, broke the £1b mark in lending, moved to Azure and launched our App. This year we have so much more to look forward to with further global expansion on the cards.
The interview process can vary by role, but generally our approach is a short telephone interview, followed by a take at home coding test, followed by a pair-programming exercise and face to face interview (all on the same day). A small tip if you reach this stage : TDD is very important to us!
We realise that the best candidates sometimes find it difficult to take time off to interview, so we are more than happy to interview before 9am, after 6pm or even on weekends!
