Brosa is founded and run by experienced entrepreneurs who have successfully started and sold companies in the digital, e-commerce, product development & retail industries.
Team members of Brosa have played key roles in various world-class retailers& technology companies.
We're looking for go-getters, proactive team members who are hungry to learn. You'll need be able to jump into different challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Brosa was founded in 2014 to challenge the way the furniture industry was working.
"Why did a sofa that cost $1,000 to make, need to be sold at $3,000 in stores?"
This lead to us creating Brosa as a digitally-native vertically integrated retailer.
What does this mean? Unlike most other retailers, we manage and control the whole supply chain. This means we have production engineers working at the furniture workshops, quality guardians checking every piece, a design & product team who launch up to 30 new designs every week, an in-house logistics team and our own 10,000sqm warehouse and distribution centre. This allows us to launch new designs faster than anyone else, as well as offer revolutionary prices due to not having third-parties taking commissions or fees.
And we power this with our own digital technologies - everything from ordering the timber, to delivering a finished bed-frame to a customer in rural Western Australia, we utilise our own technology to make it happen.
Our investors are AirTree – One of Australia’s top Venture Capital firms. Their team comprises of seasoned entrepreneurs & executives from companies such as Microsoft, eBay, Ticketek, Allure Media, Wayfair & ninemsn.
