    Anyone who has bought a home/investment property or has signed a lease for an apartment knows the paperwork involved; the e-mails, the faxes, the FedEx packages and the couriers needed to get information to his or her real estate agent to complete an application (or ‘board package’).

    Boardpackager.com is addressing the inherent inefficiencies and unnecessary expenses incurred when a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Associate Broker requests (on behalf of a Buyer/Renter) building data (financials, sublet policy, etc.) for a purchase decision, prepares an offer for purchase, and subsequently assembles a board package for review by the target building’s Board of Directors (in the case of condos, co-ops and rental buildings).
