Code or portfolio review
If you are interviewing for an engineer or design position, we like to spend time understanding tour technical skills. You can complete a mini project for us or we can review previous professional or personal projects on Github. For designers, a portfolio is a must. If those options don't work, you can have a technical interview with on of our engineers.
Video chat with hiring manager
It's much easier to make a connection face-to-face. We understand it's not easy to get away from the office (there are only so many excuses you can come up with) so we are flexible and open to using WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Skype, or a good old-fashioned phone
Depending on which team you are interviewing with, this can take anywhere between 2 to 3 hours. Ask questions. Be curious. We want you to learn as much as possible
