Our rookie rep joined after his inaugural year and a half at YELP. He met the CEO, David Adler ( http://www.icon-presentations.com/blog/bid/71402/Event-Industry-Challenges-Hope-A-Chat-with-David-Adler) as part of interview process and was sold on the fact that he would work directly with the CEO. Within 6 months this same rep was the lead sales department person helping to launch a new BizBash digital product -now live - www.livegatheringtools.com - an online resource to help planners learn about the best new technology and apps transforming the event industry. Then this summer, this rep's client flew him out to Pittsburgh to speak on behalf of the BizBash program with that advertiser. Another rep got to go to C2 Montreal (https://www.c2montreal.com/) because we knew he could capitalize on his visit and sell someone. He did - ( https://www.e-180.com/). I'm David Wilkes, Head of Sales, and I'm telling these stories because they are true. BizBash is a small company in an exciting industry BUT a HUGE brand and we all get to do or be part of huge things. ( my own highlight - i was at Mayor Bloomberg's "Tech Nite" at Gracie Mansion! w/ his honor and more!) What are you going to make of this opportunity?
