Our interview process begins with an initial call to help you better understand who we are and what we have to offer, and for us to learn more about what you are looking for in your next journey. The initial phone screen is followed by a technical phone call, a mix between coding and technical discussions. It is important to us to establish a comfortable and realistic collaboration environment to get to know each other as best as possible. This is the most critical step in our process to be able to determine a technical and equally important cultural fit. The last interview stage is an onsite in our office. You are going to meet the team and will be able to demonstrate your soft and hard skills in engaging discussions and whiteboard sessions.
