We focus on output and performance. We're very (sometimes overly) transparent about our business and appreciate initiative and motivation to brainstorm new ideas, speak up, and constructively criticize everything about us. Passive aggressiveness has no place in our company. We encourage data driven decisions, taking smart risks (and failing!), and helping us push the boundaries of the healthcare system.
