Our mobiles are getting smarter every year: mobile phones today are a thousand times more capable than they were only 10 years ago and they will be at least a thousand times more powerful in the next ten years. Can you imagine the possibilities?

We're on a mission to put affordable, accessible healthcare into the hands of everyone, globally; our platform allows you to speak to a doctor within an hour, and we're automating many parts of the patient journey with a powerful series of AIs that can triage and diagnose patients, as well as predict future ailments.

Natural language technologies

We use the latest deep learning techniques to teach our digital doctor how to communicate with our users, how to understand their concerns, and how to make interactions with our human doctors as efficient as possible.

Our clinical NLP engine can deal with both formal medical language as well as vernacular descriptions of symptoms. It automatically corrects spelling errors and outperforms current state-of-the-art open-source systems in both speed and accuracy.

Our Interview Process

We interview using a simple 3 stage process:-

1. Phone Screen with an internal recruiter - informal discussion for us to share more with you and for you to tell us how you think you can contribute to the babylon team

2. Coding Phone Interview 60 minutes

3. Panel interview - This interview is split up into different segments: systems design (60 minutes) & behavioral interview (45 minutes)
