B-Social Limited is a FinTech company established in 2016 whose mission is to create a transformative banking experience that allows people to collaborate with their friends, families and communities in a natural and seamless way.
We are an interdisciplinary team of experienced technology, customer experience, marketing, legal and banking professionals who share a passion for the company’s mission and believe in a collaborative approach to creating the first digital bank for friends.
Since the start, we’ve adopted a lean and agile approach. We run experiments to validate ideas early on and collaborate to deliver customer value quickly, iterating on customer feedback. We also regularly run whole company retrospectives to continuously improve the way we work.
We are looking for highly motivated and inquisitive people who want to understand customer behaviour and develop innovative products. You need to thrive at synthesising information to make decisions and bring an enthusiastic, collaborative, problem-solving attitude to work.
