Avant Arte is the world’s largest community of young people engaged with the visual arts. We exist to help the next generation of art lovers and patrons discover and own the work of iconic contemporary artists.
We believe in the impact art can have on people. That it can transport you beyond yourself and make you think and feel in more profound ways than almost anything. We think it can impact hundreds of millions more people than it does today.
We collaborate with leading contemporary artists to produce sculpture editions, limited edition prints and unique works on paper of exceptional quality, working in mediums that can help open the aperture for a new generation to discover and own the output of the world’s most important artists.
We’ve built a community of over 2.4m people online and a collector community so passionate about our programme that our artist collaborations are more than 5 times oversubscribed on average, often selling out at launch within seconds.
We’ve built an incredible team full of ambition, drive and experience — currently 30 people, split between London and Amsterdam and we are looking to scale to more than 70 over the next 12 months. We have really big ambitions, both for what we want to achieve and also the environment we’re building. We want to create a company that remains thoughtful as we scale and tries to be genuinely progressive in how we operate.
We want people to really own what they do and be given the autonomy and freedom to make mistakes, learn, and create something meaningful. We all work incredibly hard because we really care about what Avant Arte is here to do - we’re looking for exceptional people who are proactive, hungry to learn, and want to put their pride in our collective achievements.
We know that creating an inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity is critical if we want to build something with impact and meaning. We believe that having diversity in age, background, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity and perspective will make us an infinitely better company. And this is particularly vital if we are going to build a roster of artists and a community of collectors that are representative of contemporary art and of the wider world today.
