Attend is defining the future of event management. We build software that makes it easier to plan and manage outstanding events. Effective event managers use our web and mobile tools to collect online registrations, track attendance, print name tags, send invitation emails, gather feedback from online surveys, and more. Our platform enables customers to quantify and optimize every step of the event process - from registration, to check-in, to reporting post event.
We’re a startup and we like to move quickly. The entire interview process can be done in a week, typically with one on-site meeting.
We start with an initial 30-45 minute call with one of our lead engineers to answer your questions about Attend and ask a few technical questions. Then we’ll give you a take home programming assignment that should take < 1 hour to complete.
If that goes well, we typically bring you in for a ~4 hour interview session at our office. You’ll meet the entire engineering team and go through a number of technical interviews. If you are interested, you can try your hand at a game of ping pong against your potential future co-workers ;-).
By the end of the on-site we should be ready to make a decision, and we can get you a formal offer within a couple of days (or sooner!).
Attend is in growth mode, signing new contracts every week and building out a team that can deliver critical features for our existing and future customers. There’s a ton of opportunity for growth, and there will be openings for senior ICs and for management as the company increases in size over the coming years.
