Through technology, design, and a whole lot of sass, we’re reimagining sexual and reproductive healthcare from the ground up, starting with what women want the most — a relationship. Overtime, our aim is to establish Tia as the trusted women’s health brand and marketplace — the starting place for millennial women’s healthcare online.

About the product:
Tia is a personal, private chat-based app that you message with about birth control and sexual health. Tia knows you, learns you, and is your personal navigator to providers, products and services, digitally and in the real world. She’s your go-to for all those "ugh!" , "oops...", and "huh?" moments. Today, Tia can: (1) Recommend the best birth control for your individual health and lifestyle needs (2) Provide you private, personalized answers to your sexual health questions (3) Connect you with a women’s health provider nearby and in your insurance network (3) Remind you to take your birth control on time (4) Track your cycle and symptoms.

Tia was founded by Carolyn Witte and Felicity Yost, two millennial women with a longtime passion for women’s empowerment and reproductive justice. Carolyn is an ex-Google Creative Lab design thinker and storyteller. From her years working on Google Search, she knows when & how people turn to technology for information, & how to design user-centric products and brands that cultivate trust. Felicity is a data-obsessed product manager with an expertise in building crowdsourced data platforms at scale. They work with a core team of sexual and reproductive health experts to curate the latest and greatest health information in language millennials understand.
