The interview process at APX begins with an introductory phone or video call. We'll chat with you about your experience and try to feel out whether or not both of us think there is a potential mutual fit.
If we both decide to move forward we'll have you by our office to double-click on your experience and give a number of team members the chance to get to know you better and get a feel for the work you've done in the past and what you're looking to do in the future. This is also your chance to ask questions about the work we do, the expectations of the position we're hiring for, and get a feel for the culture. At this point we should both have enough information to be able to decide if we're a fit for you and you're a fit for us, but it's always possible that we schedule a follow-up round of in-person or phone interviews to help compensate for some of our key stakeholders' schedules.
