How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you learn about our company, give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations, and help you decide if test.ai is the right place to launch your career forward.

From there, we have a brief homework assignment or may go straight into a technical screen with one of our Engineers so you can show us your skills.

Lastly, you will be invited onsite to interview with a panel of folks from our engineering group. Candidates should expect 2-3 technical rounds and more general conversations around what it is like to be an Engineer at test.ai.
