The Anthemis London-based incubation team is looking for people to start new FinTech companies, as well as to become the first hires across many of the businesses we've built and will build.

Founded in 2010 with offices in London, New York and Geneva, Anthemis is a firm dedicated to transforming financial services for the Information Age. Our commitment to cultivating long-term change in the sector means we take a true ecosystem approach. Whether we are investing in early stage fintech companies, advising incumbents on their digital strategies, incubating businesses or working with academics and regulators to shape the global landscape, we put people at the heart of this mission.

At Anthemis, you'll be joining a small, close-knit, collaborative team of people who come up with ideas for new companies; polish and refine these raw ideas until there's a startup idea clearly visible; and validate that the startup will work.

Validating could mean pulling together a quick landing page, getting out onto the streets to talk to people, building a prototype, exploring a piece of technology, or all (or none) of the above. We're looking for people to bring creative, unconstrained ideas that lead to businesses — and those who want to launch them.

With a portfolio of more than 50 of some of the most exciting fintech startups in the world, you'll also get to spend time with interesting technology, companies and people who share our passion across categories as diverse as financial wellness, energy, blockchain, venture capital investment, open banking and many other areas.
