Once the agent is identified, an Agent Ace representative contacts both parties with a phone call to ensure a good fit and an easy connection. Agent Ace always connects a single willing client with a single willing agent, never publicly ranking agents. Agent Ace is free to customers.

Agent Ace founder and CEO Mazen Fawaz originally had the idea for the company while working in commercial real estate. “Finding the right agent made an enormous difference in our transactions, but there was no source for unbiased, insightful recommendations.” said Fawaz. He set to work building just such a resource for residential buyers and sellers.

Agent Ace was founded in 2010 and holds two patents from the U.S. Patent Office for its approach to using hyper-local data to calculate agent performance relative to a specific property.
