Adroit Trading Technologies is a minority-owned, self-funded, profitable financial technology company building the next generation platform for large alternative investment managers. We are creating, from the ground up, an extensive, modular front to back office platform that will redefine the role of technology in this industry and deliver game-changing advances to sophisticated investment managers.
We are one of the industry’s most experienced and transformative team. We had all spent years at various alternative investment managers building and implementing platforms that required massive efforts to customize and maintain. And we thought that there had to be another way. So we created Adroit -- to be clever, adept, and nimble; everything that the existing antiquated tech stacks in this industry are not.
Our clients are some of the largest and most successful investment managers and hedge funds. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the platform as well as to help set strategic direction of our product. Our staff are all-hands-on-deck, whatever-it-takes contributors who also interface directly with the CTOs, Portfolio Managers, and traders at our clients.
We are open & transparent
We treat each other like family
We provide honest feedback
We behave like owners
We focus on results and not activities or hours
We set ambitious goals and work hard to achieve them
We aren't afraid to make fun of ourselves or each other
And we have fun doing it
Our interview process begins with an initial call & coding exercise -- to help you learn more about us and the role and so we can learn more about your interests and assess your technical abilities. If we move forward, you'll meet with one of our senior developers and/or Chief Architect for the final round where we'll discuss both your background and experience as well as talk tech. 'Cause who doesn't love to talk tech?
Currently we are remote. Once we are back in office, we will support a both a hybrid model where you have the choice of working in either New York City (near Grand Central Terminal) or in Stamford, CT or a fully remote setup.
