Ace Ticket is a Boston based ticket broker selling tickets to sports, concerts and theatre events nationwide. While our industry is primarily based in E-Commerce these days, we pride ourselves on being the best of both worlds. Our dedicated sales team provides excellent customer service and that human touch that is all too hard to find these days. Our goal is to continually improve our online and mobile experience without sacrificing our personal touch and customer service.

In addition to our 4 retail stores in the Boston area, Ace Ticket has a corporate office located in Kenmore Square across the street from our flagship store. The majority of our employees are on the sales staff, servicing our customers via phone and online chat.
