Today the process of finding a renting this kind of housing is a nightmare.: weeks on Craigslist or paying like crazy for an extended stay hotel. 2nd Address takes the pain away, but providing a simple platform where you can browse all availability inventory, complete the reservation and the entire transaction. In fact, we are the only rental marketplace in history to provide this kind of experience.

We think over the long term, 2nd Address can do to the corporate housing market what Uber did to the taxi market. Landlords can make more money by renting their homes out short term, and many people would prefer the flexibility of shorter leases and fully furnished rentals. We believe this market is artificially constrained by the frictions in each transaction.
