About Us

Zipdrug is a fast-growing healthcare technology startup, changing the way pharmacies and health insurance companies work together to make their patients happy and healthy. We leverage delivery to bring patients a better experience from the highest-quality providers in their network at the lowest possible cost. Our platform merges traditional data sources like prescription claims with new indicators of quality to create a deeper, more personal understanding of pharmacy care. We are backed by some of the smartest investors in healthcare and have partnered with major health insurers, managing care for millions of patients.

Who We Are

We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and clinicians, hailing from a mixture of technology and healthcare backgrounds. We have designed and built products and solutions for Google, WebMD, CVS, ExpressScripts and major healthcare systems. Each of us has personally experienced how broken the pharmacy experience is, and we're on a mission to change that. As a patient-centered company, every decision we make is to drive the best possible experience for the individual.

Our Interview Process

As a mission-driven company, we are always looking for passionate, talented, and motivated people to join our team. When you interview with Zipdrug, we want you to meet with multiple team members and key stakeholders, as well as our CEO and Founders, so we're always flexible with onsite interviews around your schedule. The interview process generally begins with an introductory call to learn more about you and the role. If we decide there is a mutual fit, the next step is a follow-up conversation to take a deeper dive into your resume and/or do a technical screening. At the offer stage, you'll already know all of our company benefits and your comp and equity range.
