Xfers

Xfers is a Singapore-based payment processing gateway offering Internet banking transfers and credit card processing. As a graduate of Y Combinator’s Summer 2015 Class, Xfers aims to unify banking networks across Southeast Asia. Featured on Techcrunch and coined as the Paypal of Southeast Asia by CNBC, we simplify and redefine the process of collecting and receiving bank transfer and credit card payments in both Singapore and Indonesia.

Xfers payment gateway was built from humble origins. Founded in 2014, Xfers was created to solve a pain point - online payments via bank transfers were archaic and manual. Each bank transfer payments had to be manually verified via a screenshot-as-proof process. As such, the founding Xfers team focused on building a secure, payment technological solution to automate bank transfer payments.

In 2016, Xfers announced its first round of seed funding. Its investor portfolio includes venture capital firms such as Challenger, Quest Ventures, 500 Startups, Golden Gate Ventures and angel investors such as Eduardo Saverin.
