Valence was founded on a simple principle: enable apartment owners and on-site operators to work more efficiently by providing the industry simple to use and cost effective software solutions. Today, we've built a suite of products that together serve over one thousand properties across the state of Texas and beyond. Our core products include property management software (valencepm.com) and document management software (valencedocs). The property management industry is one that has historically been behind the tech curve and with opportunities everywhere we look, we feel uniquely positioned to help owners move up the curve by offering easy to use, easy to implement software.

OUR PROCESS

We first reach out via email/message based on what we see in your profile or in response to your message. Based on what we gather in this first interaction we will extend an invite for an interview. For engineering candidates, we may send you a small exercise before we proceed. The first interview is typically 30-45 minutes and is more behavioral focused. After this interview, we will schedule a second, technical interview. This interview is typically 60 to 90 minutes and often involves a coding exercise. After these two interviews, we will determine if additional interviews are needed or if we'd like to extend an offer.

Our goal is to be as transparent as possible during the interview process so we both can ultimately make the most well-informed decision possible.
