The first step of our interview process is a call from HR for you to learn more about Valant, the position, and for us to learn more about you and your career interests. If we both determine that there is still a mutual fit, a technical coding exercise will then be used to determine current skill level as it fits with our current position requirements. We will then schedule a phone call with the Director of Engineering to go over your resume and the position in a more in depth level. The final step would be an onsite visit to meet with other members of the engineering team and the VP and Director of Engineering. We believe it is important for everyone to in person to ensure there is a mutual cultural fit for the you and the team.
