Thinknear was founded on January 8th, 2011. We believed location would fundamentally change the way brands and consumers engage on mobile devices and quickly made an impact in the mobile advertising space. The impact was so profound that we were acquired by Telenav, a publicly traded company and pioneer of mobile location services. Since the acquisition, Thinknear has retained its small team, start up feel with the added security of investment by a publicly traded company.
