Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have partnered with some of the leading figures in tech and media to create DRIVETRIBE – an ambitious new digital media platform that will connect global audiences with motoring content.

DRIVETRIBE aims to become the new digital home for motoring fans across the world – structured into different “tribes” (each with their own unique characteristics and personality) hosted by stars, bloggers, writers and videographers, who will generate and curate their own content for fans. Users sign up to the tribes that reflect their personal motoring interests and can also create their own.

DRIVETRIBE aims to unlock the huge untapped potential in the digital motoring sphere (there are over 400 million motoring fans on Facebook alone – making cars and automotive a more popular category than gaming, football or news) who until now have not had a global digital platform that delivers all the great, diverse elements of the motoring world.

Based at DRIVETRIBE’S HQ in London’s Moorgate, the company brings together a leadership team of successful entrepreneurs from the tech and media sectors, alongside world-class software engineers and product designers.

We are looking for experienced developers to join our team. You will love working alongside smart people with strong opinions about various technologies and frameworks. You will have an enthusiasm for developing beautiful, simple, pragmatic code and also have an eye for simple aesthetics.

About the role: You will be designing, developing, testing deploying and maintaining innovative solutions using the latest tools and technologies for a really, really big audience of users. Working alongside the Backend, mobile, web and product teams you will be a key player in the technology team building out a greenfield next-generation global multi-variate real-time publishing platform integrated with content, social and commerce.
