MapYourProperty

MapYourProperty (MYP) is an all-in-one commercial real estate mapping and analytical platform for the land development and commercial real estate industry. A recent graduate of the Colliers Proptech Accelerator program Powered by TechStars, MYP is one of ten exciting new startups in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Tech industry.

Founding Story:

Devin (CEO and Founder) as a professional land use planner, encountered the time consuming and inefficient process of reviewing development projects manually, having to cross-check multiple regulations and maps in hardcopy format. He saw the opportunity to use online maps and data analytics to speed up this cumbersome process and save customers time and resources. Hence MapYourProperty was formed.

Since the launch of MYP in 2016, our customers have been able to dramatically reduce the time and costs related to prospecting for land development opportunities. Real time savings include reducing research from days or weeks to minutes and the associated costs of hiring research or planning firms or paying individuals to conduct that research for you.

Vision

It is the company vision that no property is developed or purchased without the use of MapYourProperty whether it's used by the land developer or by one of the thousands of real estate professionals supporting the industry.

We have been able to validate our product across the Toronto market and are now actively looking into launching into the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate market. We are starting a pilot project into San Jose at the beginning of Q3 2019 and will be launching an MVP for our US platform by the end of 2019.

MYP 365, the newest venture for MapYourProperty, will be a Machine Learning AI software which can predict real estate trends and advise professionals on the feasibility of a development through the entire development lifecycle; from the pre-construction processes and site acquisition all the way to the management of the building post-tenant move in. This ML algorithm will be the first of it's kind to include information from all stages in the development lifecycle to get a continuous and holistic view of a potential development before you even acquire the land.
