    Since our founding in 2011, Manage has been focused on making mobile easy, efficient and effective for marketers. Simply put, our mission is to help marketers connect with consumers on mobile. We work with major apps, brands and agencies to deliver fully managed advertising campaigns, served across the world’s leading mobile apps. As the first and largest RTB buyer on all major mobile ad exchanges, Manage handles over 40 billion RTB impressions daily across mobile in-app and mobile display inventory, and has robust profiles on over one billion mobile users. We've serviced 60% of the top 50 grossing apps.

    Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Manage is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll send over an online assessment to you. For engineering candidates this will be a ~1 hour technical interview and for account manger/ad operations candidates this will be a 15 min online assessment measuring aptitude.

    We'll then schedule one more video interview (or phone) with the hiring manager to deep dive into getting to know you. Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, including our executive team and CEO. Lastly, we'll be conducting some quick but thorough reference checks; we understand that your references trusted connections so we'll treat their time with the utmost respect.
