What We Do

LiveRamp's product is a massive Identity Graph connecting each individual to their online identifiers like cookies and device IDs.

Our engineering workflows can be broken into three parts: Data Ingestion, Data Manipulation, and Data Distribution. We ingest behavioral data indexed by offline and online identifiers from our clients, resolve every index to a single LiveRamp ID through our Identity Graph, and then distribute ingested data to other technology platforms in the industry.

We work with a 2400+ node Hadoop cluster with thousands of physical servers, more than 90,000 CPUs and raw HDFS capacity in excess of 95 petabytes. Our Identity Graph has hundreds of billions of nodes, using modified Pregel and Giraph algorithms for traversal . We regularly push the limits of big data processing tools with our scale. Over the next year, our engineering team will be migrating this environment and several others to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), a major change to the way we work today that will set us up for greater success in the future.

LiveRamp has 15 offices around the world from New York to Tokyo, Sydney to London and San Francisco. We have engineering jobs that are fully remote and some that are tied to an office (once it’s safe to return).

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introductory chat with a recruiter to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if LiveRamp is a mutual fit.

If we move forward, we'll schedule a phone call with a member of the team you're interested in to conduct a deep dive into your resume or your experiences (technical and non technical).
