Our Story

Since 2002, we’ve provided industry-leading software and services—helping clients derive real business value from their technology investments. Our company has been remote from the start, when it was just the three founders to now having 30 people total. This means you have all the flexibility of working from home rather than commuting to an office, but with the resources and tools of a big company. Historically our sales team has been focused on outside field reps working with a small dedicated list of accounts, though due to industry changes there are companies all over the country interested in buying our software and services, so we have had to pivot and build out an inside sales team. Currently there is one rep on the inside sales team, which we are actively growing and hope that you will be a part of. Outside of the sales teams, our technical staff is made up of some of the best engineers and architects in the country, and make up the bulk of our staff.

What We Do

Our focus is around Big Data Analytics with Splunk software. The tools we use day to day are Salesforce, Docusign, Constant Contact, Webex, Expensify, among others. We are a very forward thinking company and have an established reputation within this space and are looking for someone who is eager to be successful in selling enterprise software & services and always strives to improve their knowledge on the product and current trends.

Our Hiring Process

Our interview process begins with an introductory phone call to learn more about the role, about your career path and goals, and if LCN Services might be a mutual fit. If we move forward, we will schedule a follow up call, either in person or on the phone, to meet one of the founders to dive deeper into your background and working at LCN, as well as the compensation plan and benefits. The last stage is the offer letter!
