At Grand, we've made it easy (and even fun!) to save. Users save into their Grand account and earn the chance to win major cash prizes for every dollar they stock away. We call it Jackpot Savings and it is the first product of its kind in the US. From there, Grand recommends how best to use those savings in order to accomplish your financial goals. From setting up an emergency fund, investing for the future, paying down credit card bills or any of your other financial goals, Grand is here to help. How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the company, the role, the people you'll be working with and your interests. We'll ask about the type of environment you like working in and talk through your relevant experience to help decide if Grand would be a good fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule time for you to come in and meet the team to get a sense of how things work. Finally, after the onsite interview we'll provide you with a short code test in order to best asses your technical abilities. Upon completion we'll provide feedback and a review and pretty quickly move onto the offer stage. At the offer stage, you already know the comp and our benefits! We're excited for you to join the team.
