Who we are

We're a small team, based across London and New Zealand, who are passionate about automation and all things DevOps. There are two arms to what we do - consultancy work and internal product development. We strive to create innovative software that makes our client's lives easier, and we pride ourselves on adopting the latest and greatest technologies.

How we hire

Hiring is two-sided - the candidate must be a fit for the organisation, but the organisation must also be a good fit for the candidate. Job adverts and recruiters can only tell you so much.

The hiring process is tailored to each individual, but generally the process is intro call > technical test > technical / final interview.

We may be all about automation, but not when it comes to our hiring process. We look at every CV we receive. For us, hiring is not a box-ticking exercise. We put a lot of effort into finding people with the right drive, ambition and attitude. We hire directly, and love to receive personalised applications. We want to learn more about you. We want to know what you achieved in previous roles. We want to hear about your geeky hobbies, see your project portfolio and examples of your work.
