About Us

Hyphen is an HR Enterprise SaaS company headquartered in San Francisco with an additional office in Bangalore. Our clients are worldwide across a range of industries with a couple of tech unicorns amongst traditional companies in manufacturing, retail and mining. What they have in common is that they are looking forward to improve how employees connect with management and they do it through Hyphen.

Unlike most startups, we have significant impact on our users, the employees of these companies. Where decisions on employee matter might have taken months from initially being brought up to action, we've had traditional companies being able to enact company-wide policy changes within days using Hyphen.

Tthe reality is that we spend a significant amount of our lives at work, Hyphen helps make it visibly better.

What We Look For

We are looking for demonstrated capability in execution for the role we're hiring for.

So, for engineers, we would like to talk to you about your thoughts as you build out the code. We want to know how you make decisions, do tradeoffs, reason around quality vs speed, communicate with your fellow colleagues and certainly, the code itself.

For product managers, we want understand how you reason about our market (HR Engagement, SAAS, Enterprises with 500 - 20,000+ employees), insights and understanding of product management principles, when to use them (and when to ignore them), ability to work with designers, engineers, customer success, sales & marketing to craft and launch the proper product.

Most of all, we want to be able to work with you to ensure impact.
