What We Do

Hubble is on a mission to find the perfect home for every company. We spend the majority of our waking hours at work, so it needs to be a place that we enjoy. So far, we’ve built an online marketplace to help businesses rent, manage and share office space in London. But this is just the beginning. The commercial property sector hasn’t kept up with the needs of new companies and still works like it did 20 years ago. Our vision is to completely transform the way commercial property is transacted, managed and financed.

How We Work

From day one we’ve wanted Hubble to be a rewarding place to work. Our team is made up of people who are insanely driven, get shit done and are a laugh to hang out with. Over time, we've realised three things that are really important:

• Learning: There are fresh challenges everyday that stretch our abilities and help us learn something new.
• Autonomy: We give people the freedom to try new ideas and fail without judgement.
• Balance: We work hard but value health, happiness and life outside the office, as this makes us more productive

Bringing a new perspective to an industry resistant to change is really tough, and because of that we value hustle, an aptitude for learning and empathy above prior experience and paper credentials.
