Fully customizable, GovPilot has been used to auction vacant properties in blight-stricken communities as well as to issue parking permits in bustling ones. Wherever the city, whatever the problem, GovPilot helps local government operate at its full potential.

Company Culture: Culturally, GovPilot offers the best of both worlds. A small software company, GovPilot is rapidly expanding and looking to hire innovative people. Perks include quarterly team building events, free coffee and snacks, company lunches and overnight trips where employees work alongside the CEO in a seaside Airbnb house. The dress code is casual.

About the CEO: Before founding GovPilot, CEO, Michael Bonner, enjoyed more than 20 years of success in the real estate industry. As a realtor and property manager, Bonner gained firsthand knowledge of each community’s trends as well as the roles and operations of its government’s departments. His GovPilot grants government and constituents alike this same insight along with the tools to leverage it.
