Who We Are

As a community bank, we have all the required infrastructure, support staff, and benefits of being a full fledged bank in the US. This means we do not require third party integrations with banks or other vendors who provide support to pure-play Fintech companies without a license.

As a fintech company, we are constantly pushing our technology stack forward, leveraging the best new products and services in the market.

Our Process

We like to move quickly with new technical hires. Our process typically involves a 30 minute phone interview where we address your background and job-specific knowledge. We then invite you onsite for a 3 hour window to meet the team and see if there's a mutual fit. Shortly thereafter we make an offer and initiate the process of onboarding. Many of our hires applied and were hired in a 5-10 day period.
