We are a Sequoia-backed enterprise social learning platform offering a completely new model for talent development. We are the first to go beyond content and incorporate social and experiential learning at scale.

Our mission is simple. We connect employees with the people and insights to help them become more productive and successful at every stage of their career.

We have traction. Everwise is tackling the $150B career development industry and has more than 250 enterprise customers such as Salesforce, Merck, HP, Lyft, Zendesk, Genentech, Tata Communications, Virgin Unite and Gilead.

We have experience. Our founding team includes Silicon Valley veteran Maynard Webb, Chairman of the Board at Yahoo!, and serial entrepreneur Mike Bergelson, who started and led enterprise software company Audium (acquired by Cisco) and ad-tech vendor AdMarketplace. Our diverse leadership team includes serial entrepreneurs with the experience needed to build lasting companies from the ground up.

We're a handful of engineers based in NYC who come from all walks of life: a couple Ivy Leaguers, a finance guy, a rabbinical scholar, a DJ, and a Paratrooper who somehow completed the Green Beret's Two Weeks In Hell. We also have successful startup experience and embrace processes and technologies that amplify output.
