We like cars and we love going fast, so when we have an open position we want to bring the best candidates right away. We want the best candidates who have sharp minds, can think on their feet, and want learn something new everyday.
Typically we like to schedule a phone interview first to get to know you a little better and see what makes you tick. After that selected candidates can expect an in-person interview at our office space. As a growing start up we have to ensure we hire not only the best but the right people as well. We value our team members and want to make sure everyone has a voice, so candidates should expect to sit down and speak with every team member for a short period so everyone can get to know you and what your goals are.
While we all come from different backgrounds we are all truly gear heads and tech nerds at heart. We are just as at home building a race car as we are racing Star Wars drones around the office. We take work seriously but in then we want to have fun to, so we keep our office full of toys and gadgets to make coming to work a joy.
Not to worry though, if you have plans in the city, need to meet a friend for drinks, or just don't feel like fight the BART crowds, we are all about getting work done where and when you want to. It doesn't matter where work gets done, just that it is the best-in-class work we expect from employee.
We work hard, we play harder, and we'd love to meet you
