We are modernizing, simplifying, and personalizing the employee experience and improving the way people get access to great care and be successful at work & beyond. We're taking what is typically defined as a boring complicated systems and making it a clean, simple, and a delightful experience by building a modern connected infrastructure across employees, employers, brokers, and insurance carriers (e.g. think Stripe for health insurance).
We have a variety of needs including integrations, apis, analytics/reporting, backend services, architecting new features, improving the user experience, mobile, cloud infrastructure, building out internal tools, and more.
Your work will matter and you'll have an immediate impact to the bottom line of the company.
Step 1: Phone with the CTO & Founder (Courtney) or VP Engineering (Toshi)
Step 2: A choice of either tech project that can be taken in any language at home, or a technical phone screen with a Ease engineer using coderpad
Step 3: Half-day onsite to review project / conduct further technical deep dive, gage culture fit, and conversation with an executive.
